Virtual Business Partners is pleased to offer a new program designed just for coaches: The VA Solutions Program. This program was designed as a tool and resource for your clients to continue with the momentum gained from your coaching program. Once your client completes coaching, we can assist with implementing the many strategies learned from you! The program details follow below.

1. VA Solutions Program 1 – This program would be managed by you to include sending out the VA Solutions Program contract to your client, billing and remitting payment to
   the VA servicing your client.

2. VA Solutions Program 2 – This program would be managed by Virtual Business Partners. VBP would send out the VA Solutions Program contract to your client, invoice the client and remit payment to you. Virtual Business Partners reserves the right to bill for processing time if the VA Solutions Program processing time exceeds a predetermined amount of time as established between Virtual Business Partners and you.

Both program types would include the following:

• Reciprocal links to each other’s web site. VBPs ideal clients reside in the financial services industries; however as a multi-line VA, we reach out to other ideal clients such as small business owners to executives. By participating in the VA Solutions Program
  you understand that your information will be posted among other like businesses. Because your services are complimentary to a virtual assistant, any direct inquiries to VBP will allow a prospective VBP client to have access to a resource base (you) to enhance their business outside the scope of VBP. By providing a reciprocal link, you are able to boost traffic to your web site for free!

• The VA Solutions Program is not subject to a non-compete agreement.

• Weekly time accounting with timesheets.

• Termination of the VA Solutions Program shall be in writing and subject to a 30-day notice. Contract termination does not terminate the working relationship of the client and Virtual Business Partners. If Virtual Business Partners is engaged with a referred client from you, Virtual Business Partners will assume the client relationship directly.

• The ability to virtually meet the VAs that can assist your clients.

Q: Are the Virtual Business Partners virtual assistants employees?
A: No. All VAs utilized by Virtual Business Partners are all fellow business owners who have come together to provide service for this program.

Q: Is the VA that I will be working with certified?
A: Yes, the majority of the VAs that Virtual Business Partners works with hold a virtual assistant certification. If you are in the insurance/financial services industry, Virtual Business Partners is the first virtual assistance company to offer VA certification in insurance/financial services. Q: Will I have the opportunity to “meet” the VA before I work with them?
A: Yes. Your client can choose to interview a VA before they decide to work with them, or you can let Virtual Business Partners match them with a VA that closely matches their needs and requirements.

Q: Is Virtual Business Partners a staffing agency?
A: No. Virtual Business Partners and the VAs they work with are all independent business owners who are dedicated with establishing long-term relationships. They firmly believe in partnering with their clients and not “temporarily” staffing the problem.

Q: How will I be billed and what will I be billed for?
A: Billing occurs on a monthly basis. There is a “get-to-know-you” period once you sign the VA Solutions Program contract. During this time you will have the opportunity to speak with the VA, outline your projects or thoughts on how a VA can best assist you. This can take a half hour to an hour and is not billed. In addition, the VA will always communicate as to what they will bill you for. For example, if you email or call your VA and ask her a simple question, she may not charge you. If the request is project related or requires research, the VA will bill accordingly.
